Founder Eric Palmer
Dr. Eric Palmer DNP, MHA, RN, CLNC, CPPS, NHDP-BC obtained his BSN from Morningside University, dual masters’ degree from the University of Phoenix in nursing and health administration, and his DNP from Purdue University-Global with a focus on healthcare systems and eliminating gaps in transitions of care through integrated case management. He is nationally certified as a legal nurse consultant (CLNC), a professional in patient safety (CPPS), and board certified as a healthcare disaster professional (NHDP-BC).
As an informaticist RN with three decades of experience in healthcare, clinical and nursing leadership Dr. Palmer understands the total picture of healthcare. He frequently addresses numerous issues from bedside to accreditation, policy and procedure and the day-to-day operations of a healthcare system.
Dr. Palmer retired from the U.S. Navy Nurse Corps in 2013 after 22 years of service. He has practiced nursing in many healthcare settings clinically and administratively in major medical centers, community hospitals, and critical access hospitals. His experience is versatile and client-centered to deliver what attorneys and their teams need.
Consultant Karen Bullard
Karen Bullard MBA, MSN, RN has over 30 years of expertise in healthcare administration, critical care, cardiovascular, and women and children’s services. Karen began legal nurse consulting over 20 years ago in medical malpractice, personal injury, and denial management cases. She is chair of the ethics committee for her local facility. Her vast experience will quickly help to determine if the case has merit or not. If so, she can help move it forward for you efficiently.

Dr. Palmer’s and Ms. Bullard’s professional nursing careers have spanned decades of healthcare change. We are acutely aware of the changes that positively or negatively affect a patient’s well-being.
